PatientEase™ PQS (Patient Queuing System)
Tablet Module
The PatientEase Tablet Module is similar to the Kiosk module however it
is designed for your staff to "check-in" patients not able or
willing to use the Kiosk Module.
 The Tablet Module allows Hospital Customer Service Representatives to service patients who arrive without cards.
These computers are able to work within a wireless environment where they have the mobility to welcome, register and check data at the patient’s location.
This helps streamline the process, ensure the accuracy of the patient’s data, instill patient confidence and create an atmosphere of World-Class Customer Service.
Patient check-in is completed by entering the patients name and
allowing the patient to simply sign the tablet using a tablet pen.
 Integration
can be added to import scheduled patient data and other registration
information to ensure accuracy and expedite the registration process.
Card readers and other accessories can be added to expand
functionality. QueueVision works with a variety of vendors and can
work with you to chose the best tablet solution.
