PatientEase™ LCS (Loyalty Card System)

Integration
The Loyalty Card System is most useful when it is integrated into your
other systems. PatientEase has added several integration mechanisms
and methods for integrating with your ADT process, external data sources,
remote systems and of course the PatientEase Patient Queuing Sysetm.
The system can be integrated into your ADT process via an HL7
feed. When patients go through registration an automatic HL7 feed
can be sent to the Loyalty Card Service allowing it to update the patients
health card information. When combined with card printing application a
registrar can then look for the patient using an account number or their name
and print a new card from their desk.
Additional integration options include the ability to import a
delimited data file. This is useful for using outside data sources
and for producing bulk mailings of new cards.
Remote system integration is performed via the Import/Export admin
utility. This process allows the exporting of all current master
data to be used in a remote system, reserving of card numbers and the
eventual import/synchronization of new remotely registered cards.
Lastly the card system is fully integrated into the patient queuing
system directly using the card service. The kiosk and tablet modules
communicate to the card service every time a patient swipes their health card.
The system can share data among multiple facilities allowing patients
issued a card from one of your facilities to be used in your other
facilities.
