PatientEase™ PQS (Patient Queuing System)
PQS is a process oriented Patient Queuing System designed to interact
and provide feedback to patients going through a defined process within a
healthcare facility. Patients can self check-in through a kiosk and
constantely know where they are with in the registration queue. The system can also provides
real-time metrics on patient wait times, throughput and other statistics
using our executive dash board module called 'Global View'. The
system is customizable and can be configured to handle custom
hierarchal queues and sub-queues, reporting, user defined comments, codes and
other identifiers. The PatientEase PQS integrates with PatientEase
LCS allowing patients to use their loyalty health cards to check-in.
PatientEase™ LCS (Loyalty Card System)
The PatientEase LCS is a complete health information card system.
These cards are excellent customer relationship building, marketing and
promotional devices. When combined with the PatientEase PQS they
become part of the registration and check-in process. Patients with
a card can self check-in by simply swiping there Health Card at a
kiosk. Cards can be produced automatically during the registration
process. LCS includes an HL7 interface and an automated service used
for integration and data synchronization. The LCS remote module is
ideal for special offsite promotional events. The system allows for
multiple card layouts, styles and types.
